At Day in White Wedding Videography, we believe the excessive breakdown of videography packages is deceptive. Rather than telling you we will shoot your wedding with one camera and minimal editing for an inexpensive teaser price, knowing that the addition of the features that will make the final movie watchable and enjoyable will bring the price up, we offer one package that includes everything. In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we will schedule a time to meet with you at a significant location, such as that of your first date or a favorite outdoor venue. There we will film a vignette detailing your love story. From how you met through to your engagement, narrative interviews interspersed with scanned photos provided by you will be spun together to provide an approximately 15 minute featurette. Part of this vignette will be shot as a couple; other parts will be shot individually so that you will each get to see the other’s take on your romance—after the wedding when you get the DVD.

You get our full attention on the day of your wedding. We will join you first thing in the morning to capture the preparations and dressing of the bride and groom. Then we will travel with you to the wedding location, capturing photographic sessions and final preparations. With three cameras rolling, we will discreetly and respectfully capture your ceremony, from the entrance of the guests to the departure of the married couple. We will be there when you arrive at your reception and will capture all the traditional moments, from the introduction of the married couple, through the traditional dances and cake cutting, to the bouquet toss, to the couple’s departure. Along the way we will capture the reception itself, from the decorations and catering details to the guests enjoying themselves. If you desire, we can set up a side interview area where guests indicated by you can be asked to give their well wishes. After the conclusion of your wedding day, we will professionally edit the raw footage with the end goal of providing a entertaining, watchable movie of approximately two hours length detailing the day. In addition, we will provide minimally edited footage of the photographic sessions so you can listen in as the members of the wedding party and the families gather and pose for the photos that compose your wedding album. The feature will be fully indexed, allowing you to rapidly skip from part to part so that you can watch different segments over with ease.
